UNIQLOTHESS ONLINE STORE TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. General information

1.2. These regulations define the rules for using the online store, placing orders, concluding contracts, forms of payment, delivery, and withdrawal from the contract.
2. Products and orders
2.1. All products offered in the store are original and as described.
2.2. All product prices listed in the Store are gross prices – expressed in Polish zloty (PLN). The Seller is not a VAT payer, therefore prices do not include value added tax (VAT).
2.3. The customer places an order using the form available in the store.
2.4. The contract is concluded upon confirmation of the order by the seller.
3. Payment methods
3.1. The store accepts the following payment methods:

4. Delivery
4.1. Delivery is made within the territory of Poland.
4.2. Orders are shipped via courier. The shipping cost is PLN 20.
4.3. Delivery is free for orders over PLN 300.
4.4. Order processing time is 1–3 business days.
5. Returns and withdrawal from the contract
5.1. The consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the order without giving any reason.
5.2. Refunds are not available for purchases where the customer has accepted the product description including full dimensions and condition information.

6. Complaints
6.1. In the event of a product defect, the customer has the right to make a complaint within 2 years.
