Refund policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.


 

Return eligibility

 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

 

  • in the same condition that you received it,

  • unworn/unused,

  • with tags attached (if applicable),

  • and in its original packaging (if applicable).

 


You’ll also need a receipt or proof of purchase.

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues (Vintage / Archive items)

 

Most of our products are vintage or archive pieces, which may show signs of previous wear (e.g., minor stains, fading, abrasions, small holes, or other imperfections). We describe each item carefully and show any noticeable flaws in the photos.


Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and provide a solution.


 

Exceptions / non-returnable items

 

We do not accept returns for:

 

  • gift cards,

  • sale items (where marked as non-returnable).

 


We strongly encourage you to review the detailed measurements provided in each product description — every item is measured by hand to help you make an informed purchase.


 

Exchanges

 

We do not offer direct exchanges. The fastest way to get a different item is to return your order and place a new order once your return has been approved.

Refunds

 

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know whether the refund was approved or not.


If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
