Shipping policy

We currently ship orders within the European Union.

Orders are shipped via a courier service to the delivery address provided at checkout.

EUR amounts are approximate and provided for reference only. The final shipping cost and order total are displayed at checkout.

Orders are usually dispatched within 1–2 business days after payment has been received.

In exceptional cases, processing may take longer — if so, we will notify you by email.

Once your parcel has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number.

Please make sure your delivery address is correct and complete.

If a parcel is not collected and is returned to the sender, the customer is responsible for the cost of reshipping.
